The library provides information on a wide range of topics, including recruitment, training, compensation, job satisfaction, motivation, stress, drug testing, strategic management, effects of technological change, mergers, diversity, labor relations, unions, organizational socialization, absenteeism, and turnover.
In addition to books, the library maintains subscriptions to more than 100 professional journals and includes many loose-leaf reporting services, labor union newspapers, newsletters, working papers, court cases, arbitration awards, federal and state laws, theses, and pamphlets.
