Due to excessive spam, the Carlson School's Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HRIR) program no longer has its own online job posting database. Recruiters are encouraged to post HR openings for both internship and full-time positions on the Carlson School's Automated Recruiting System (CARS). There is a specific section of CARS devoted to external postings that do not require on-campus interviews. There is no charge for making a posting, but new users must complete a brief registration form in order to gain access to the system. All University of Minnesota HRIR students have access to CARS and check it regularly, so this is a great way to publicize your opening(s) and gain access to excellent candidates.
